Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Kebo Optometric Group, Inc. is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. When you schedule an appointment with our office, we are reserving a specific amount of time for you to see the doctor. This reserved time ensures the provider has availability in their schedule to care for your vision needs. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please call our office (559-875-4515) at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us the opportunity to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment time.

Missed appointments, or patients that cancel with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged a $50.00 fee. The fee is charged to the patient, not the insurance company. If you are contacting the office outside business hours, you may leave a voicemail or send a text message.
